Please note that a small restocking fee may apply to refunds, while exchanges and store credit remain completely free.

Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original designer box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive safely.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
